TERM OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agreed to all the terms listed below regarding both personal and commercial usage of the commission even if you don't read this TOS. Any inquiries please send to email.

ENGAGEMENT
Client will provide clear details, reference sheets, assets or anything required for the commission. If the commission will be printed then the specs must be provided for physical reproduction.
The character design must be legally obtained, or client have the authorization to commission art of. If the designs/references provided were created with AI, the commission will be refuse. I will not take any base designs done by AI
Unless stated otherwise, it's assumed that commission are for personal usage. Commercial usages have different rules and additional costs.
RIGHTS USAGE
Artist rights
The artist retain the copyright to display and distribute the commission on their porfolio, in digital and/or print format, on social medias, or stream on any streaming platform. However, the client can ask for it to not be posted on social medias or stream if they wish.The artist have natural rights to post WIPS on social medias if they wish. The client can ask for it not be posted but they must make it clear at the start.
If it was not verbalized the it's assumed the client allow WIPs and finished commission to be posted. There's no non-disclosure fee if the client request for the work to be privated.Client rights
The client cannot claim credit, copy, trace, alter the commission as their own work and artist must be credit if the commission is posted on social media.If client wants to alter the art, they should ask for permission from the artist.Client cannot transfer or resell the work to another individual or on blockchain without asking for permission.Client cannot use the commissioned for AI trainings or for anything involving AI.
The client receive exclusive usage rights as they wish for personal works. This usage right doesn't apply for commercial commissions (such as vtuber assests, models, stream assets, or any attempt to monetize the commissions in merchandise) since it have different rules.Commercial commissions will have additional costs and the rates will be listed below.[ Alteration or reproduction of artworks for NFT, blockchains, machine learning software, and AI art programs of any kind is prohibited. Violation of this will result in blacklist and forfeit of all usage rights.]
CONTENT
Artist will not create explicit NSFW/pornographic, inappropriate, or offensive works. Absolutely no furries, gore, and requests that ask to copying another artist style.
Some restrictions might apply for underage characters, mechas, or requests that might trigger certain phobias.There might be additional charges for mecha or difficult commission requests that artist isn't familiar with. If you think your requests are these then please inquire in emails if the commission is possible.Artist has the right to turn down commissions they're not comfortable with for whatever reasons.
REVISIONS
Minor revisions, like missing accessories, adjust some colorings, adding small details, are allowed without additional fees throughout the WIP updates and on the finished commission turn in.It's client's responsiblity to look over the WIP to check if there's any mistakes or details they want changed.Major revisions are acceptable during the sketch phase update but not allowed on finished commission.If the client need to make a big changes or excessive changes then additional fees might apply.
TIMELINE
Timeline depend heavily on the type of commissions, the complexity, and current workload. The more complex and detailed the commission is, the longer it will take.Work completion for standard illustrations is usually around 3 weeks as soon as the sketch is approve.If it takes any longer then additional updates will be provided to the client.
Client has the right to request refund if the commission is taking longer than one month WITHOUT any communication or WIP updates.
If there's a deadline for events or streams then please plan accordingly.There's additional rush fee of 100% if the commission is needed under 1 week. *please note that rushed illustrations cannot be held to the same standard finish as regular timed illustrations
PAYMENT
Monetary transaction will be done through artist's PayPal invoice. The client do not send any money before the artist send the invoice. Invoice must be paid in the next 72 hours and if there's a transaction problem or platform mistakes then the artist must be update with the issue.The artist will not start work until the invoice has been paid. The invoice is send after the client approval the sketch and before the actual drawing process.Partial payment can be negotiate for commissions with large payment. This can be negotiate in email.Chargebacks after the finished commission is finish are not allowed. Refunds can be asked if works are not delivered with proof but only under certain conditions.If the artist is not able to complete the commission for whatever reasons then the client is allow to ask for full refund.If the artist has not communicated in anyway to update on progress and the commission took longer than month then the client is allow to ask for refund.However, if the client still accept the works done up to that point and post it on social medias or use it in anyway then they're only eligible for 50% refund.If the client ask for refund when the commission is in mid-process (during rendering phase) then only 50% refund is allow.
PRICING
The starting rate for a book cover is $250 USD. (this includes one character on a background)All work will be fully rendered in my style with background included.
(will not do only lineart, or only flat colors. MUST be a fully rendered illustration)This is the base price and can increase with complexity of the piece, i.e. multiple characters, more complex background, complex fx, wraparounds, or including a back cover.After discussing what you want, I will give you a quote for the final piece.
Typically this can range from $250 to $600 USD.This base price includes the license to use it for your book cover and any promotional uses, whether physical or digital.
This license does not allow for the selling of merchandise or products using the illustration.100% additional fee - Illustration will be used to make merch or sellable products. This is standard commercial license with non-exclusive rights as the artist retain intellectual property of the commission to also display on their portfolio and social media.Client will have to sign a commercial license contract with the Artist at the time of invoice.
